Sweeping the chimney can be a mucky job, but the team are well prepared and there is never any mess. The team are also very patient with my pets, and remember them from visit to visit - for me, this is great customer service too. "We have recently used Green Man Stoves for 2 x multi fuel stove supply plus installation in an old victorian cottage. It was quite an undertaking unblocking two disused fireplaces not in service for 30+yrs. Nicola & Mia in the office are a great team, very professional, very friendly and super organised. Great selection of stoves and other paraphernalia backed by a wealth of knowledge. Adam & Alan the installers have been superb. Honest friendly advice all the way through. Efficient, tidy and clearly experts in their field. If you are looking for stove installers, servicing fireplace unblocking/restoration, I can't recommend Green Man Stoves enough. "I simply asked for a chimney sweep from Green Man Stoves because they fitted my stove. Two lovely guys Adam and Alan swept the chimney, then hoovered every nook of the grate out, they reopened the double front door and they cleaned the glass. To finish they put a black polish over the stove and left it looking lovely. They were knowledgeable, they explained why I was having problems and how to overcome them, they were happy to answer my questions. I absolutely couldn't fault these guys, Would recommend them to anyone."

"This is my annual chimney sweep and wood burner check, by Green Man. The appointment date and time was booked and confirmed some time ago, and checked the day prior to the work being done. The technician arrived on time, explained the work to be done, and completed the job with the absolute minimum of noise or any mess. As usual I was extremely pleased with the work. I received the invoice and the certificate later that day to my email address. Very good value, and a trusted service."
