We were new to a wood burning stove, and the guys who did the first service were incredibly helpful with advice and guidance. One small hiccup last year was dealt with quickly, professionally and very satisfactorily. Other than that, this year's annual service was again carried out extremely well and efficiently, this time by engineer Adam, arriving bang on time and leaving everything neat, clean and tidy.
