"Green Man Stoves came and swept the chimney for a wood burning stove they installed about ten years ago. It was done on time - and we didn't have a specific budget, but the cost was in line with what it has been in previous years. Everything was left clean and tidy and the stove looked like new. We had helpful comments on the best local firewood traders too. We went with this company originally because they are local to us (within 3 miles) and we always use local traders if we can find them. They have proven consistently reliable, friendly, pleasant to work with, and very good at communication by phone or email or text. Plenty of reminders of the upcoming appointment."

After the initial survey, I was given details of several different options. Alan and Adam were clean and tidy during installation and gave me a tutorial on how the stove worked. "Initial conversations with Mia and introductions to stove brands and types. Overall guidance on the process and what would happen next. Selection of brochures. Based on the details and pictures provided in an online enquiry, and that we had an existing gas appliance, Nicola called and advised on preparations and planning for a detailed inspection. Detailed inspection carried out by Adam and Alan including an assessment and measurements of the dwelling, external/internal, chimney and video footage of the chimney liner and recommendations. Final report and quotation, including chimney camera footage and links to shortlisted stove options, companion sets and the much loved, kindling cracker sent by Nicola. The classic style and functionality of the Purevision stove, in addition to a working model in the showroom, was the deciding factor in our selection. We wanted our stove yesterday and Nicola rearranged diaries to allow installation as the earliest opportunity. The process thus far has been seamless and the installation wasn't just professional but pure craftmanship. From the laying of protective sheeting, knocking out and remove fireplace fireback, installing 904 grade stainless steel chimney liner and installing the stove. From start to finish, there is finesse in each activity. Most importantly, they provided full instruction on how to light and build a fire and walked though any cautionary details. There services continue with providing options on where to buys log and natural firelighters, log baskets and ash buckets."
