Johnny the sweep arrived on time done a good job very polite and friendly, there were no issues and left everything clean and tidy. All documents were emailed straight away. "Green Man Stoves came and swept the chimney for a wood burning stove they installed about ten years ago. It was done on time - and we didn't have a specific budget, but the cost was in line with what it has been in previous years. Everything was left clean and tidy and the stove looked like new. We had helpful comments on the best local firewood traders too. We went with this company originally because they are local to us (within 3 miles) and we always use local traders if we can find them. They have proven consistently reliable, friendly, pleasant to work with, and very good at communication by phone or email or text. Plenty of reminders of the upcoming appointment."

They made an immaculate job of installing our stove and have cleaned and thoroughly checked it twice, along with our other woodburner, two years running.
Having moved into a former rented house, we felt reassured by a full CCTV inspection of the existing stove's flue.
What makes it even better is that they are nice people, do a professional job and left our house, clean and tidy.
