Sweeping the chimney can be a mucky job, but the team are well prepared and there is never any mess. The team are also very patient with my pets, and remember them from visit to visit - for me, this is great customer service too. "This is my annual chimney sweep and wood burner check, by Green Man. The appointment date and time was booked and confirmed some time ago, and checked the day prior to the work being done. The technician arrived on time, explained the work to be done, and completed the job with the absolute minimum of noise or any mess. As usual I was extremely pleased with the work. I received the invoice and the certificate later that day to my email address. Very good value, and a trusted service."

They helpfully remind us by email when it is due, and communicate efficiently to remind us near the time. When they come to do the work they are punctual, polite and professional.
