Giving all customers a good booklet on how to operate stove efficiently with wood fuel (I knew how because I am closely involved in firewood production, but it is timely to see it going to everyone with a wood-burning stove)."

"I would publicly like to thank Greenman stoves and their advice they gave us when we met up at their showroom. (that is fantastic to look around on a chilly day). We were advised to purchase two carbon monoxide alarms to place in our homes to help protect us from nasty invisible scentless gas. I was a little dubious as never needed one and just thought they were a waste of time, but Nicola insisted that it is very important. So to cut a long story short this morning we were awoken by our carbon monoxide alarms were going off at 0445 and it awoke the whole house and we opened all the windows to vent our home...British Gas came out and they said the alarms could have saved our lives...So thank you Green Man Stoves you really saved our lives. Your advice and service are 2nd to none
