Giving all customers a good booklet on how to operate stove efficiently with wood fuel (I knew how because I am closely involved in firewood production, but it is timely to see it going to everyone with a wood-burning stove)."

Sweeping the chimney can be a mucky job, but the team are well prepared and there is never any mess. The team are also very patient with my pets, and remember them from visit to visit - for me, this is great customer service too. I can't recommend GMS enough and look forward to seeing them again next year. Thank you team!"
